Artist Statement

I am a visual artist working at the intersection of social inquiry and philosophical reflection. My practice investigates the invisible mechanisms through which contemporary society shapes human perception, behaviour and relationships. Through abstraction, relief and the human figure, I explore questions of vulnerability, silence, memory, rejection and the ways in which power is recognised—or overlooked.

ARTISTIC PROFILE

Visual artist working at the intersection of social inquiry and philosophical reflection. Through abstraction, relief, mixed media and the human figure, I explore the ways in which contemporary society shapes human perception, memory, vulnerability, identity and relationships.

Materiality is central to my practice. I work primarily with acrylic, modelling paste, plaster bandage, textile and collage, creating tactile surfaces in which texture becomes part of the conceptual language of the work.
